Can I ask for a refund / exchange of product?
We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. Customers can apply for free return or exchange of product by emailing to info@kategoryjewelry.com within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
Please make sure that all original tags and packaging are intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry. Kindly note that Kategory Jewelry has the right to deny a return otherwise.
The refund will be processed within 60 calendar days.
Please note that personalized items and products sold at discounted prices (i.e. with price differences between the selling prices and the original prices) are not entitled to refund.
What are the acceptable reasons for the refund / exchange?
- I want to exchange for another color of the product
- I want to exchange for another size of the product
- The product comes in a poor condition (kindly provide photos as supporting for the sake of our improvements in the future)
How about the shipping costs of the refund / exchange?
Shipping fee of the sent products will not be refunded. Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning/ exchanging the products, with the exception of products with manufacturing defects and in the case that the wrong products have been received.

925 Sterling Silver
925 sterling silver is an alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. Silver is a hypoallergenic material, making it a safe and comfortable choice for everyday wear. We offer both silver and gold colors of jewelries. Gold plated jewelries are plated with 14k or 18k real gold. Silver jewelries are plated with platinum or rhodium to provide extra protection of the jewelries and enhance the beauty of the pieces.
14k or 18k Gold Plating
We use only real gold for plating and we bet on 14k and 18k gold plating for their trendy and stylish color. Given it’s real gold plating on 925 sterling silver, our jewelries are hypoallergenic inside out, and are suitable for daily wear.
Platinum or Rhodium Plating
Both platinum and rhodium are noble metals that resist corrosion.
Platinum or rhodium plating does not tarnish or oxidize and it is hypoallergenic – very few people ever experience an allergic reaction.
Jewelry Care
Avoid direct contact of the jewelry with chemicals. You may apply hand and body lotions, hairspray, makeup, and perfume before you wear the jewelry.
Remove your jewelry before exercising and swimming. Sweat and water are not the best friends of the jewelry.
For storage, avoid placing the jewelry under direct sunlight. Store your jewelry inside of a protective pouch or a jewelry box and try to keep each jewelry in a single bin to avoid scratching.
