Can I be notified when an out-of-stock product is back in stock?

Yes. You can click to the page of the jewelry and leave your email address in the box provided. You will receive an email notification once your favorite product is back in stock.

Can I edit my shipping address after placing the order?

If you wish for your order to be sent elsewhere, kindly email us at info@kategoryjewelry.com as soon as possible. We are unable to guarantee that the delivery address can be changed once the order is shipped out.

What happens if I have input the delivery information incorrectly and that I am unable to receive the parcel?

Please make sure that you fill out the deliver information correctly especially the delivery address and mobile number. In case the parcel is unable to be delivered due to insufficient / incorrect delivery information, you will be responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse. Standard shipping fees (please refer to the page of Shipping) will be incurred for re-sending the parcels. 

Will I be charged customs duties and sales taxes?

Sales taxes are guaranteed.

Customers would be responsible for the payment of induced customs duties, if any. 

Can I combine discounts?

When there are two discount codes used, the code with the greater discount will be applied. Kindly note that Kategory Jewelry has the right to hold and/or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.

When there is an overall discount applied for an order achieving an amount (for example, 15% off for an order amount of USD120 or above), specific product(s) that is/are on special offer may be excluded from the further overall discount.
