Can I edit my shipping address after placing the order?

If you wish for your order to be sent elsewhere, kindly email us at info@kategoryjewelry.com as soon as possible. We are unable to guarantee that the delivery address can be changed once the order is shipped out.

What happens if I have input the delivery information incorrectly and that I am unable to receive the parcel?

Please make sure that you fill out the deliver information correctly especially the delivery address and mobile number. In case the parcel is unable to be delivered due to insufficient / incorrect delivery information, you will be responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse. Standard shipping fees (please refer to the page of Shipping) will be incurred for re-sending the parcels. 

Will I be charged customs duties and sales taxes?

We are a Hong Kong based company and we do not charge sales tax on our products.

Customers would be responsible for the payment of induced customs duties, if any. 

Can I combine discounts?

Only one discount code can be applied at check out.

Depending on the conditions of particular discount codes, some codes are applicable to discounted products whereas some are not.  

How much is shipping?

Where can I track my order?

The link of tracking will be sent to your email address. You may also track the status of shipments via Track Your Order of our website. 

How to measure my ring size?

Majority of our rings are of open ring design for customers' convenience. Otherwise, please refer to our page of Ring Size for the measurement.
