Can I ask for a refund / exchange of product?
We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. Customers can apply for free return or exchange of product by emailing to email@example.com within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
Please make sure that all original tags and packaging are intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry. Kindly note that Kategory Jewelry has the right to deny a return otherwise.
The refund will be processed within 60 calendar days.
Please note that personalized items and products sold at discounted prices (i.e. with price differences between the selling prices and the original prices) are not entitled to refund.
What are the acceptable reasons for the refund / exchange?
- I want to exchange for another color of the product
- I want to exchange for another size of the product
- The product comes in a poor condition (kindly provide photos as supporting for the sake of our improvements in the future)
How about the shipping costs of the refund / exchange?
Shipping fee of the sent products will not be refunded. Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning/ exchanging the products, with the exception of products with manufacturing defects and in the case that the wrong products have been received.
